From first conversation to first results in a matter of days.
You don't need to build or configure anything technical. Choose a role, agree what the AI employee may do, and give them work — the same way you would with a new hire.
Choose a role and hire
Pick a role template, give them a name and answer a few hiring questions in plain language. Each role comes with a job description, starter skills and sensible permissions. On hire, Mantle sets them up like any new employee: their own account, email address, files and a seat on the team.
Agree what they may do
For every kind of action — look up an invoice, send an email, change a record — choose one of three settings: automatic, needs approval, or not allowed. You can also set a schedule, such as reviewing overdue invoices every Monday morning.
Hand over the work and approve
Forward an email, mention them in Teams, or let the schedule run. Anything that needs sign-off appears in your approvals inbox with a one-click approve or edit. Every action is recorded in a plain-English activity log your managers and IT team can review.
